Todd concentrates his practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration, Guardianships and Conservatorships, Adoptions, Real Estate Matters, Corporations, Limited Liability Companies (LLC), Non-Profits, Business Succession Planning and General Business Matters. Todd provides services to both individuals and businesses in these areas.

Todd graduated Cum Laude with a B. A. in History from Arizona State University (www.asu.edu) in 1990. Todd graduated Magna Cum Laude with a J.D. from the Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark School of Law (www.law.byu.edu) in 1994. While in law school, Todd served as Lead Articles Editor for the BYU Law Review. Upon graduation Todd was selected a member of the Order of the Coif.

Todd enjoys spending time with his children and serving in his church. Todd’s hobbies include golfing, hiking, and learning about American history. Todd is a huge fan of all Arizona State athletics.

Todd is licensed in Arizona, Idaho and Utah.

Sara concentrates her practice in the area of Education Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Sara serves as a Due Process Hearing Officer for School Districts. Prior to joining Hallock & Hallock, Sara worked as an in house attorney for the Davis County School District. Sara is a trained mediator and has served as a mediator in employment disputes for the Utah Anti-Discrimination Division.

Sara graduated Cum Laude with a B.A. in Journalism and Political Science from Utah State University (www.usu.edu) in 1990. Sara graduated Cum Laude with a J.D. from Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark School of Law (www.law.byu.edu) in 1994. While in law school Sara served on the Moot Court Board.

Sara also enjoys spending time with her children. Sara’s hobbies include camping, hiking, and running. Sara also enjoys serving in her church and in the community and reading a good book.

Sara is licensed in Utah and Idaho.
