Sara is an attorney and shareholder with the firm of Hallock & Hallock, a professional corporation. She joined Hallock & Hallock in 1997 to work with her husband and law partner, Todd. She enjoys practicing in the areas of Estate and Business planning. Sara strongly believes that it is important for each client to get individual attention to make sure that the client’s needs are truly met.
Prior to joining Hallock & Hallock, Sara worked as an in house attorney for the Davis County School District. Sara is a trained mediator and has served as a mediator in employment disputes for the Utah Anti-Discrimination Division.
Sara grew up in a beautiful spot in Idaho – on a family farm that had been in her family for four generations! Sara received a degree in Journalism and Political Science from Utah State University and a law degree from Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark School of Law, both with honors.
Sara is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Northern Utah. She is also a member of Wealth Counsel and the Advisors Forum. Sara has also been active in the Logan, Utah Chapter of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society. Sara is licensed in Utah and Idaho.
Sara also enjoys spending time with her four children. Sara’s hobbies include camping, hiking, and running. Sara also enjoys serving in her church and in the community and reading a good book.
