Step Two: Initial consultation
This meeting is a chance for you to meet with us and discuss your concerns as well as your goals and objectives and make sure Hallock & Hallock is the right fit for you.
Step Three: Design meeting
This is the meeting where we actually counsel together about your business and design the documents that will be used in your business. Depending on your circumstances, this meeting may be combined with the initial consultation.
Step Four: Document drafting
After we have designed your business formation plan, the next step is to draft the documents, legal and otherwise, that will be the foundation of your plan.
Step Five: Completion and signing
Once the document drafting has been completed to your satisfaction, they will need to be signed. Because we understand that business is busy, we offer a choice of signing at the office or signing electronically from the comfort of your home or office.
Step Six: review and maintenance
The long term success of your business structure is dependent on (1) regular review and fine tuning of your company’s governing documents, (2) consistent documentation of company actions and (3) timely state and federal filings to help keep pace with the myriad legal requirements of operating a business.
